Access to your 4Front smart credit Mastercard® account is now available directly from your online banking experience! Review your card's transaction history and balances, download statements and pay your bill inside online banking without having to utilize a separate website and maintain another set of login credentials.

Here's how:4Front CU Card Services

  1. Log into Online Banking using your existing online banking username and password.
  2. Select Credit Card Services, located under the Transactions menu.

  2. To ensure uninterrupted access to this new feature, confirm your contact information is accurate by visiting Update Contact Info in the Services menu.

West Front Street (Traverse City) drive-thru closed for VideoTeller installation.

Drive-thru services at our West Front Street location are currently unavailable as we upgrade to our VideoTeller express in-car banking services. The installation is expected to conclude on or around Thursday, August 14.

Please note the following:

VideoTeller brings extended hours (Monday through Friday 7 am - 7 pm and Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm) and enhanced service capabilities to in-car banking.

Safety protocols in our lobbies

4Front locations' lobbies have reopened and returned to normal business hours. Please be advised that additional health and safety protocols have been implemented to keep our members and team members safe.

Face covering iconWe mask our faces. But not our enthusiasm.
Per state requirements, face coverings must be worn by our staff and lobby visitors five years and older and medically able to do so. If you need a face covering when you visit, just ask a team member.

Social distancing icon Lend people some space.
You’ll find the social distancing queuing decals on our lobby floors and sidewalks. If all interior decals are occupied, please wait on a sidewalk decal for the next open lobby decal.

No contact icon No hugs, handshakes or high fives.
As much as we love celebrating financial milestones with our members, please refrain from personal contact. And don't forget to utilize the hand sanitizer available throughout our locations.

Feeling ill icon We love to see you. But please, not if you’re ill.

In addition to the above safety protocols, we've instituted aggressive cleaning and disinfecting schedules, adjusted lobby layouts to allow for more space and implemented lobby greeters to help ensure safe, efficient service.

While we've taken great care in readying our lobbies to serve you safely, we understand if you wish to continue to utilize our contactless remote account management tools like virtual banking, our mobile app 4FrontGo and telephone banking. Our VideoTeller in-car express banking service is also available at many of our locations.
