Enroll in minutes and schedule one-time or recurring payments from your 4Front account or another financial institution using the external transfer feature. Express Pay
Due date sneak up on you? We get it. Life happens. Make a single payment securely and conveniently with Express Pay. To use Express Pay, you'll need the last four digits of your 4Front account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
- Use your checking, savings, or debit card.
- Pay your 4Front auto or personal loan, 4Front mortgage (Member First Mortgage products excluded), or line of credit.
- Payment information is not stored, and no transaction history is available.
- No registration, no fees, 24/7 availability!
- After clicking the "Make Payment" button, select "Express Pay."
AutoPay
Simplify your life and never miss a payment with AutoPay. Schedule recurring payments and stay ahead of your financial obligations. To use AutoPay, you'll need the last four digits of your 4Front account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
- Use your checking or savings account from another financial institution.
- Pay your 4Front auto or personal loan, 4Front mortgage (Member First Mortgage products excluded), or line of credit.
- Requires registration with an email address and password.
- Enables the scheduling of recurring payments to avoid missing due dates.
- No fees, view transaction history, 24/7 availability!
Telephone Payment
Call 800-765-0110 and make a payment over the phone with the assistance of a 4Front team member.
- Use your checking, savings, or debit card from another financial institution.
- Pay your 4Front auto or personal loan, 4Front mortgage (Member First Mortgage products excluded), or line of credit.
- Available Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- $5 per payment fee.

You can use the online portal to make payments on 4Front vehicle and personal loans, mortgages (Member First Mortgage products excluded), and lines of credit.
What do I need to submit a payment via the online payment portal?
To pay via the Express Pay and AutoPay online portals, you’ll need the last four digits of your 4Front account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number
When will my payment be posted to my account if I use the online portals or make a telephone payment?
PayWhen using the online payment portals or telephone banking, payments will be posted within one business day.
How will I know if my Express Pay or AutoPay payment was successful?
You will receive a payment confirmation email to your provided email.
Why are fees associated with telephone payments?
We assess fees only when necessary to ensure our membership is not penalized when individual members require services that either require additional costs or demand additional staff attention. The telephone payment option generates additional processing costs assessed by the credit union.
How can I avoid fees while making a payment?
- Enroll in online banking. Our members may utilize online banking to establish fee-free payments from their 4Front account or an outside financial institution via external transfer.
- Create a recurring payment with AutoPay.
- Mail in your payment to 4Front Credit Union, PO Box 187, Traverse City, MI 49685.
- Visit one of our branches or VideoTellers. Branch hours vary by location. Our VideoTellers are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM—7:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM—2:00 PM.
Can I pay off my loan through the online payment portal?
Why can’t I see my loan on the online payment portal?
Loans are searchable by the borrower and co-borrower’s names. You cannot view a loan if you are not listed as a borrower or co-borrower. A loan must also be considered in good standing to be accessed via our online payment portal.
What if I need to dispute a payment originating from an external institution?
Please contact the financial institution where the originating external account resides.
