Boyne City and Petoskey (US 131) drive-thrus reopen with VideoTeller services

Drive-thru banking at our Boyne City and Petoskey (US 131) locations has reopened with our VideoTeller express in-car banking technology. The temporary expanded lobby hours offered at the Boyne City and Petoskey (US 131) locations during installation have returned to normal hours.

VideoTeller delivers a full-suite of face-to-face banking services Monday through Friday 7 am - 7 pm and Saturday 9 am - 2 pm.

Yes. A CUNA Mutual Group Claims Representative can assist you through the entire process by phone. Call 844.707.4964 Monday through Friday between 9:00am - 7:00pm EST to get started.

No. CUNA Mutual Group will utilize the information you provide on an initial claim to determine that you have protection on additional loans.

No. We advise that you continue making all necessary payments until you are notified of your claim's approval by CUNA Mutual Group. Upon notification of claim approval, you can cease making payments on loans covered by Payment Protection. Be sure to stop or adjust any automatic transfers, including internal transfers, ACH, and external transfers.

Check your claims status by contacting CUNA Mutual at 800.621.6323. You may be transferred to your CUNA Mutual claims professional.
