Express Pay

One-time payment, no registration required.

Did your payment due date sneak up on you? We get it. Life happens. Make a single payment securely and conveniently with Express Pay. To use Express Pay, you'll need the last four digits of your 4Front account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

Stay in front of your financial obligations by establishing a scheduled payment each month with AutoPay. To use AutoPay, you'll need the last four digits of your 4Front account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

You can utilize the online payment portal to make payments on 4Front auto and personal loans, mortgages (Member First Mortgage products excluded), and lines of credit.

What do I need to submit a payment via the online payment portal?

To submit payment via the Express Pay or AutoPay processes, you’ll need the last four digits of your 4Front account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

When will my payment post if I utilize the online payment portal or telephone payment?

Payments will be posted the day of the transaction or the following business day.

How will I know my online payment portal transaction was successful?

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

Why are fees associated with the Express Pay and telephone options?

We assess fees only when necessary and do so to ensure our membership is not penalized when individual members require services that either require additional costs or demand additional staff attention. Both the Express Pay and telephone payment options generate additional processing costs assessed to the credit union.

How can I avoid fees while making a payment?

We offer several fee-free options for making loan or credit card payments.

  1. Enroll in online banking. 4Front members may utilize online banking to establish fee-free payments from your 4Front account (via Bill Pay or account transfer) or originate payments from an outside financial institution via external account transfer. If you have not already, enroll in online banking.
  2. Create a recurring payment with AutoPay. Create a username and password and schedule recurring payments.
  3. Mail in your payment to 4Front Credit Union, P.O Box 187, Traverse City, MI 49685
  4. Visit one of our branches or utilize our in-car banking service, VideoTeller, at select locations.

Branch hours vary by location. VideoTeller is available Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Can I pay off my loan through the online payment portal?

You may pay off your loan by contacting us at 800-765-0110 or by visiting any of our locations.

Why can’t I see my loan on the online payment portal?

Loans are searchable by the borrower and co-borrower’s names. You will not be able to view a loan if you are not listed as a borrower or co-borrower. A loan must also be considered in good standing to be accessed via our online payment portal.

What if I need to dispute a payment originating from an external institution?

Please contact the financial institution where the originating external account resides.
