Online Banking Future Dated Transfers in Drafted Status 

Since the recent update to our online banking platform we have experienced ongoing issues with future dated transfers. We are working on a fix and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.      

Members who set up future dated transfers in online banking may have problems with the transfers going through as the status of these transfers is getting stuck in "drafted" status.

The transactions are still appearing in the 'Funds Transfer - Processed' and 'Activity Center' sections of online banking but are not being processed at this time.

Telephone Banking Frequently Asked Questions

It's easy to enroll in Telephone Banking and with a few pieces of information for verification purposes, you can enroll with a single telephone call.

To enroll, dial Telephone Banking at 800.445.5728 or 231.547.1200.  Enrollees will be prompted to enter their account number and an access code (this prompt is actually creating your access code, which is a four digit number of the enrollee's choosing).  The automated system will then request the primary account holder's Social Security number.  When the enrollee has validated their credentials, they will be able to use Telephone Banking by entering only their account number and the selected access code. As an alternative, enrollees may visit a 4Front location to establish their credentials or call us at directly at 800.765.0110.

Contact us at 800.765.0110 during our normal service hours and we will be happy to reset your access code after verifying your identity.
