Online and Mobile Banking unavailable on Saturday, March 7, 1:00pm - 6:00pm

Necessary system maintenance will be performed Saturday, March 7, beginning at 1:00pm and concluding at approximately 6:00pm.

Online and Mobile Banking services will be unavailable during this maintenance window. This maintenance ONLY affects users who were previously members of Bay Winds Federal Credit Union. Former members of Members Credit Union may continue to utilize Online and Mobile Banking services with no interruption.

Not sure which Online Banking tab to select?

Until later this year, the Online Banking system you utilize will depend upon where you initially opened your account. Please use your existing username and password to access your Online Banking system.

If you opened your account in any of the communities below, OR if you opened your account while purchasing a vehicle at a car dealership after January 2, 2015, select the Bay Winds FCU Original Accounts tab:

• Charlevoix          • Petoskey          • Boyne City          • East Jordan          • Bellaire
 
If you opened your account in any of the following communities, select the Members CU Original Accounts tab:

• Traverse City          • Kalkaska          • Manistee          • Mancelona

Mobile Banking

Bay Winds FCU Original Members  Accounts opened in Bellaire, Boyne City, Charlevoix, East Jordan and Petoskey

Bay Winds FCU mobile offers iOS and Android versions and is available to all members who opened their account in Bellaire, Boyne City, Charlevoix, East Jordan or Petoskey.  Bay Winds FCU mobile allows users to view account balances, transaction histories and check images, transfer funds between different share accounts, and use online Personal BillPay to schedule or change bill payment dates.

To utilize Bay Winds FCU mobile, you must be an Online Banking user and possess a username and password. If you do not currently possess Online Banking credentials, click HERE.

Existing online banking users may download Bay Winds FCU mobile directly to your device using the steps below.

1. With your device, click one of the buttons below to reach the appropriate download page. Note that Android users must select either the smartphone or tablet version.

2. After downloading the application, launch Bay Winds FCU mobile.

3. Enter your existing Online Banking username and password when prompted. If you do not have an Online Banking username and password, click HERE.

4. Enjoy having 24/7 access to your accounts wherever your mobile device has service!

For members utilizing devices without iOS or Android, we're pleased to offer a Wireless Application Protocol (or WAP) site for your mobile banking needs. The WAP site is a basic website accessed through your device's web browser and optimized for easy access to your accounts.  Smartphone and tablet users without iOS or Android may access the WAP site by clicking HERE.
